Before I get in this blog I just want to say RIP to the Chadwick Boseman. He truly is an Icon and he will not be forgotten for what he did as an actor. He is a hero in movies and real life. Rest in Peace King.
It’s finally happening. We are finally getting the king, all us Mets fans deserve. Stevie Cohen is bringing in his money bags and getting Jeff Wilpon the fuck away from this God forsaken franchise. There is no doubt in my mind that this will only end in success for the Mets. Steve Cohen had to watch the Wilpon’s shit all over his favorite team for years now as a minority owner, but that all changes tonight. He is now incharge of this team and becomes the richest owner in baseball, and one of the richest owners in sports. It is now time to pronounce Cohen as the new king of New York. Not Aaron Judge, Not Pete Alonso, Not Gerrit Cole, Not Jacob deGrom, Steve motherfucking Cohen baby. Also, what an absolute night it’s been for the Mets too. We got to beat the Yankees in a double header sweep. Amed Rosario hit a walk off, in Yankee stadium.
This is very Mets behavior by the Yankees. All their players are injured and you get embarrassed by the cross-team rivals. Our own players didn’t even know that we won the game. Not a good look for all you shitty Yankee Goomba fans. Hey if you guys play better tomorrow against Robert Gsellman you can MAYBE end your seven game losing streak, but all I know is that for the first time in a long time I finally have hope as a sports fan and tonight I can go to bed happy.
