Yesterday’s Record: 1-3

Yesterday was not a good day for me but I knew that coming in. I used all my luck on Sunday and I knew that I was not going to have a good day. I warned everyone in the preface of the blog, but today is a new day. There isn’t a lot going on sportswise, but I really like the picks I have. So let’s get into this blog and win some money.
Parlay Pick: 1u to win 4.7 (+468)
Marlins/Braves Over 9.5 (-117)
Orioles -104
Twins -179
Starting off my picks with a three-team parlay and I love these picks. For the Marlins and Braves game they both have two shitty pitchers starting today, who have a combined ERA of 13.04. I am expecting a lot of runs in that game. Now for the Orioles, they are coming into this game as the underdogs, the Red Sox at the time I made the pick were favorited, even though the Orioles in my mind are the better team. They have a better pitcher on the mound as the Red Sox have some no-name pitching. Finally, I picked the Twins just because of how good of a team they are and to juice the odds for the parlay. They are easily going to beat this Tigers team.
Pick #2: Lakers/Nuggets Over 214 (-110)
So far this series I had the over in all the games and it is 1-1. The over was so close to hitting game two, but a weak third quarter from the Lakers made it fall just short. I am still confident these teams will score against one another and hit this over with ease.
Pick #3: Athletics/Dodgers Over 9 (-108)
Back to baseball now and I am taking the over in this game. I usually don’t watch baseball games other than the Mets, but since this one is on ESPN tonight I am pretty interested in watching it. Two of the best teams in baseball going at it, why not. So far this season the A’s are averaging 4.75 runs per game while the Dodgers are averaging 5.78. These teams love to score and I don’t see that changing tonight.
Pick #4: Rockies +144
With my final pick of the day, I am going with the Rockies to win as underdogs. Whenever I see a team that I don’t expect as underdogs I have to go with them. I did it with the Vikings on Sunday, but this time I am looking for the opposite results. This is a pretty even matchup, but the Rockies have the edge in my mind as I am a big fan of Kyle Freeland on the mound.
