So here we are. Another 0-2 start on the season and we are now back home to play against one of the worst teams in the NFL. Everything should be on our side to win this game. We have the better team and I am confident in saying that. We may not be the best, but we are damn sure better than they are. We are also retiring Eli’s number at half time so hopefully that will give this team some good mojo to win this game. Finally the last positive the Giants have in this game Joe Judge has a chin. I have a motto in life and that’s to never trust a guy with no chin.
But of course I am scared. Time after time this Giants team has let me down. Last week should have been an easy win against a team who lost their starting QB the week prior and had short rest to prepare for their new QB, but no. We lost to the Football Team in embarrassing fashion once again and I am starting to get ticked off.
The team as a whole needs to play better. Joe Judge has to stop making rookie mistakes. Saquon needs to find more than 1 hole a game. Jason Garrett needs to call better plays to get our receivers more plays to get open. And finally, we need our defense to show up today. It’s been a real killer to see how bad our defense has performed over the last two weeks with all the high expectations we had on them coming out of last season.
I am confident that the Giants win this game easily. Daniel Jones will build off the great game he had last week in Washington against this crap Atlanta defense. He will have 300+ passing yards and a mixture of 3 touchdowns. Hopefully, Saquon turns up this game as well as he should be able to run all over this Falcons defense who ranks 24th in rushing yards/game with 127.5 yards per game.
