SmallDog’s Super Gambling Station: Vol. 2

Okay, so here we are. I decided to bring back the very big and much-anticipated blog series, SDSDG, volume 2. A new series of the old version. What’s different, nothing. Nothing will change. Everything will be the same besides the logo for the blog series. So I have no idea what to do for the record because shockingly enough I have been betting on stuff outside of the series. What I will do is just give my record for the whole NFL season, as well as whatever Twitter posts I have given out. So with that said let’s look at my record.

2021 Record: 45-61
Yesterday Record: 4-1 (+2.98u)
SDSGS Record: 4-1 (+2.98u)

Yeah, not the best. That is my record since September 3rd. I will keep updating the whole record after every day, or every day I do a blog, but also add an SDSGS Record as well that will show off my units that I win because I have a couple of MLB futures that could hit anytime now. With that said, let’s see my picks.

Hawks -2 V. Mavericks
I hate the Atlanta Hawks. What Trae Young did to my team during the playoffs last season killed every fiber of my masculinity. He mentally owned me, the Knicks, and New York City. With that said, I hate Kristaps even more. I know it’s not smart to bet with your heart, but I do not care. Fuck Kristaps, let’s go, Trae Young. Show the world why you were the right choice in the 2018 NBA draft.

Bucks +115 @ Miami
The utter disrespect that the Bucks are underdogs in this game. They just came off a game where they blew out the Brooklyn Nets, and now play a lesser team in the Miami Heat. Once I saw this line, I put my money on Milwaukee quicker than you can say SmallDog’s Super Gambling Station.

Braves +126 @ Los Angeles (NL)
This is a selfish pick. I have multiple futures on the Dodgers winning the NL and World Series, so I am trying to win my money back from here on out. It sucks that a team like Atlanta will be making the World Series, but that’s the world we live in. Also, it’s not like this is a bad bet either. The Braves have been red-hot this series and I see no reason for that to end tonight.

Broncos +107 @ Cleveland
This is going to be a real stinker of the game. I can see this game going either way, but in the end, I went with Denver. I was a big fan of Keenum coming out that run he had in Minnesota, but man has he sucked. He has not started a game since week 17 of the 2019 season and there is a reason for that. In every game he has started in that run, he has a touchdown to interception rate of 1.4. I like Denver’s defense roughing up Keenum in this game as he practically has no weapons playing for him. I am also a big Teddy Bridgewater guy for a BIG reason. I see teddy laying his hammer down tonight and getting Denver a much-needed win.

Warriors -3 V. Clippers
So I just found out Klay Thompson is still recovering from his injuries and won’t be back for Christmas while writing this blog. That stinks, but I am not scared. Steph Curry and the Warriors just beat a better LA team on Tuesday and will do the same again tonight.
