2021 Record: 56-77
Yesterday Record: 3-2 (+0.69u)
SDSGS Record: 15-12 (+7.75u)
Futures Record: 2-9 (+.25u)
Three straight days with a winning record. Unbelievable! I am red hot right now and cannot wait to continue this streak. Streaks like this are rare for me, but I am ready to continue this streak as the World Series is finally here. I have bets for today and a future for the World Series Outcome. Let’s go.
Astros -127 V. Braves
Let’s start off game one of the World Series with my prediction for who going to win the first game. This was a hard one to predict because the Braves have been red hot since the Postseason has started. Players like Edie Rosario are lighting the world on fire, but the team has a tough task ahead of them with Valdez on the mound today. I think Valdez is going to humble this team who is hitting .250 in the Postseason with a total of 83 hits in 332 at-bats.
Future: Astros win World Series 4-2
I continue to bet on Astros’ futures as I have them winning the World Series in a previous bet I made. Now I am predicting them winning the championship in six games. With no bias, because I am a Mets fan, I believe the Astros are a lot better than the Braves and will take care of things once they return home in game six.
Knicks -1 V. 76ers
The Knicks are coming off a brutal loss against the Magic in their last game. The home crowd was left disappointed as they blew an easy win against one of the worst teams in the NBA. Now, Knick fans are wanting blood and they will get that as the Knicks beat one of the better teams in the NBA at home. The Garden will be rocking tonight as the Knicks get their third win of the season against Philly.
Warriors/Thunder Over 223
For the next NBA game, I am going with a high-scoring game in Oklahoma City. The Thunder have been one of the worst scoring teams in the NBA this season, averaging 93.3 PPG, second to last in the league. I think that will not be a factor tonight as they are playing the Warriors, who let teams score on them. The Warriors are giving up 111.3 PPG this season. I see players like Shai going off tonight against a below-average defense. Then on the other side, we have the Warriors who can score points, averaging 118.3 PPG (fourth in the NBA), going against an even worst defense, giving up 115.3 PPG (23rd in the NBA).
Golden Knights/Avalanche Over 6
Finally, I am going to end it with a little NHL action. Now, an over of six goals may not be the best pick because both teams are averaging less than three goals per game, but there is a method to my madness. In the two games that were played on ESPN this season, the over has hit in those games. Pretty good info right, especially when one of those teams was the Golden Knights. The Knights and the Avalanche are going to show up on prime time and score goals.
