The Mets Continue to Win, but Continue to Get Hit

Hell yeah! The Mets start the season 2-0 and there’s so much to be happy about. Tylor Megill looked great in the season opener. Max Scherzer let up some runs in his first start but the Mets are hitting. 25 total hits in the first two games of the season is fun and exciting, but there seems to be a problem.

That problem isn’t with our team tho, it’s these bullshit hit by pitches. Four times in the first two games is ridiculous. I can understand the first game nerves but now we are going to far because two of our top stars got hurt and had to leave the game because of it.

Pete Alonso has left the game after getting hit by a pitch.

Two of our guys getting hit in the face is fucking stupid. Intentional or not, it’s bullshit. You can’t be fucking hitting our guy in the face and not expect retaliation.

The biggest bullshit excuse is that I heard that shitty announce team use the excuse that if they had sticky stuff the Mets wouldn’t be getting hit in the face. That’s so fucking stupid. If you can’t control your fastball without using spider tack or any sticky substance than you shouldn’t be in the MLB. Also, if I’m not mistaken, not a single player besides Lindor or Alonso have been hit in the face. It seems like it’s just the Nationals that are hitting our players up there because they have no control over their fastball.

I am happy that the Mets showed some retaliation after Lindor got hit. It shows this team has unity. Buck Showalter was ready to fuck up some hoes after his star shortstop got hit. No more of this bullshit Nationals. Get your pitchers under control because the Mets are trying to win a World Series.
