Lets fucking go. The Steve Cohen effect is already in place as we get Marcus Stroman to run it back another season. The tides are already shifting with the new ownership and I feel bad for anyone who gets in its way. I was very scared the Mets were going to let Stroman walk this offseason because he is a good pitcher. And if he isn’t, so what. It’s a one year deal and you can never go wrong with a one year deal, but at the same time I do think he will go back to his usual ways. 2019 was a shitty season for him and now with a year off, he was able to train and hopefully get back to where he once was. So to all the haters

The fact that it was a qualifying offer is the crazy part too. He could have easily gotten a big chunk of change this offseason, but he sees what Steve Cohen and Sandy Alderson are doing with this team. He sees that Cohen is going to be a great owner and bring championships to this city so he decided the smart move was to stick along and win now.

I cannot tell you how much I love Steve Cohen. He has made my miserable life so much more better and things are going to be changing sooner rather than later. Time to hope on the bandwagon everyone because the way it seems, everyone now wants to play for the New York Mets.
